Step 1
- Make a new document with these settings:

Step 2
- Set your foreground color to a dark purple like this. #0a000f

- This is how your document should turn out:

Step 3
- Create a new layer. CTRL + SHIFT + N
- Click on the gradiant tool. (Hotkey: G)
- Click on the second gradiant, change the foreground color to white.

- Click and drag the gradiant from the bottom up as indicated below.

Step 4
- Once you've created the gradiant that's half way through the document
- Grab the Type tool (Hotkey T)
- Set the font to Century Gothic
- Type out a different letter on each individual layer.
- I typed out PHOTOGRAPHY

- Click the thumbnail of your first letter layer to get a selection.
- SHIFT click the layer above, NOT the thumbnail, but the layer.
- Then SHIFT click the very top layer.

- Then click on the Align bottom edges icon as indicated above in the image.
- This will align all the letters together.

- Next, is to touch up the letters and put the words together.
- Overlap them together just like this.

Step 5
- Now we're going to use the letters as the "cookie cutter"
- CTRL + CLICK the gradiant layer.
- Next, select the first letter and hit CTRL + C, then hit CTRL + V


- Continue to do this for every letter.
- Once done group all of the original letters together to free up workspace on you layer pallete.
- You should get a little something like this.

Step 6
- Next, is to add very bright vibrant colors to each letter.


Step 7
- Once done, SHIFT + CLICK the first letter, then SHIFT + CLICK the top last layer.
- CTRL + E to merge the layers together.

Step 8
- Now, duplicate the layer (Hotkey CTRL + J)
- Select the original layer or the layer on the bottom, and go the Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur
- Set the radial blur to about 3 - 5.3 px. Click ok.
- Duplicate the layer you've just blurred (Hotkey CTRL + J)
- Click CTRL + F to blur the image once again and set the blend mode to Overlay
- Now set the blend mode of the very top layer that you haven't blur to Screen

- CTRL + CLICK both the Orginial layer and the just above it
- CTRL + E to merge them
Step 9
- Select the gradiant layer and hold down CTRL
- Next, click the Create New Layer at the bottom right hand corner.

- This should create a new layer underneath the gradiant layer.
Step 10
- Grab the retangular maraquee tool (Hotkey M)
- Draw out a retangle just under the typed text.

- Grab the Gradiant tool (Hotkey G)
- Click on the Gradiant Settings at the top of the page to bring up the dialog.

- Set the left sides color to black.
- Set the right sides color to #0a000f

Step 11
- CTRL + CLICK both the typed layers and duplicate them. (Right click > Duplicate)

- Next, CTRL + E to merge the two new layers together.
Step 12
- CTRL + T to transform the image.
- Right click > Flip Vertical
- Drag the image directly under the text to create a mirror effect.

- Right click > Perspective

- Hold SHIFT and drag the lower right point outwards

- Right click > Free Transform
- Drag the bottom anchor upwards.

- Hit enter.
- Now click on the
icon to add a layer mask.

- Grab the Gradiant tool (Hotkey G)
- Make sure the mask layer is selected
- Now Drag from bottom up.

Extra
- You can also add a motion blur effect similar to this.
- Filter > Blur > Motion Blur
