SDFTI has been approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to conduct flight training as both a Part 61 and Part 141 professional flight school with the additional distinction of having FAA Examination Authority for your commercial pilot certificate, instrument rating, and private pilot certificate.
SDFTI is also affiliated with the Cessna Pilot Center program which only associates with the best schools available.

Oklahoma Aviation pilots finish in less than 50.5 flight hours as compared to the 79 hour national average at independent schools, saving almost 30 percent in flight time.
